About LINE Monthly Forums

  • One of the best ways to find out about our network.
  • An opportunity to speak to volunteers and get a taste of how we work.
  • Usually held on the 2nd Sunday of the month.
  • No charge and no need to book (unless stated otherwise). Simply turn up for the start time.
Format

The forums are fun and usually work something like this:

  • We spend the first half listening to the speaker and then having open dialogue on the subject of the talk.
  • We spend the second half reflecting on recent activities & any discussion points, and sometimes, where appropriate, we may begin to look at actions we'd like to consider.
  • The option of a trip to a local cafe afterwards for those who would like to go.
  • Join our low-traffic elist, LINEnotices, to receive emails about future forums as well as other LINE activities.
